spanish architecture convenient parking
I thought the hotel was beautiful. The Spanish architecture stood out! The staff assisted me when I lost my bag on the flight and recommended places to visit. I found the welcome service to be great. The parking was convenient, and the Golden Zone was a great idea.
The rooms seemed a little worn and in need of updating.

grubby basins extra charge
The room was not as clean AS i expected. The basins were quite grubby. cigarette butts were all over the balcony. i asked for more coffee, sugar, and milk, and i was told i would have to pay extra. i have NEVER stayed at a hotel that charges for these things.

excellent hotel stay!
modern design beautiful terrace
the room had a modern design and a beautiful terrace.. i enjoyed the live music at the restaurant during dinner. an exit near the boulevard made beach access very easy.
the pool service was slow at times.. i often saw uncollected plates for hours.

the hotel is located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and beaches. the immediate area around the hotel remains relatively quiet and uncluttered.. i found the lack of excessive noise very relaxing.

the hotel provides saltwater swimming pools with plentiful sunbeds available for all guests. drinks and food orders can be placed directly from the loungers, a definite plus. this setup overlooks playa del duque perfectly.

amazing location good pools assisting staff limited options modern equipment evening bar
the location was amazing! the beach was so close. i could easily walk to many shops, and restaurants. the pools were good, and i found them very clean. the staff were pleasant and always there to assist when i needed something
I found the gym could use some improvements. It lacked modern equipment, though it had basic machines. the evening bar had little character. It did not quite draw me in. the variety of gluten-free options seemed somewhat limited, and i wished for more choices
